Exhaustion and joy—time to rest is rare. My old basketball coach used to say: "Don't rest on defense, if you have to rest, rest on offense." Of course, if he caught you resting on offense he'd take you out of the game. I suspect soccer coaches are equally "Old School."
Defense still wins games. They can't beat you if they don't score...
Of course, you can't win either without scoring...

Christian Brothers University brought a skilled, energetic and well coached team to Pensacola. Their record was 7-2-1 and it showed in their play. They forced UWF to play from behind in the first half. Anyone who looks past the Buccaneers will risk a big "L" on their record.
Colleen Hart scores only the 4th goal surrendered by UWF in 2008.
As is the exciting trend for the better teams, Christian Brothers Women's Soccer has players from 7 states and 6 players from foreign countries. (Canada, N. Ireland, Sweden & Iceland.
It's a contact sport...
